About the owner Debbi Low:
Ten years ago, I had a dream to open my own restaurant. In 2014, I started my journey by attending Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas to master the art of great cooking. After completing culinary school, I had a vision of cooking fresh fish off the water. I was then hired as a seasonal executive chef for Larsen Bay Lodge in Kodiak, Alaska, where I honed my skills in cooking for guests and various notable celebrities. During my time away from Alaska I opened Flamingo Street in Key West, Florida in 2017 as a food truck serving gourmet sliders and Caribbean specialties. In 2022, I decided to open Flamingo Street as a brick-and-mortar restaurant.

Southwest Chicken Salad
Your choice of grilled or fried chicken breast, corn, and black beans. Cheddar cheese, avocados, tomatoes, red onions, chipotle ranch dressing, topped with corn strips

Ahi Tuna Salad
Seared tuna steak on mixed greens, sliced avocado, carrots, sliced cucumber, shredded red cabbage, pickled red onions, tomatoes, Asian dressing

Mexican Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, croutons, shaved parmesan cheese, house-made dressing

Add fried or grilled chicken or grilled shrimp

Wedge Salad
Iceberg lettuce wedge smothered in homemade ranch, blue cheese crumbles, bacon bits, farm-fresh hard-boiled eggs, and fresh tomatoes

Caprese Salad
Fresh mozzarella, Rama tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, and a touch of balsamic glaze

House Salad
Romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and choice. dressing: ranch, vinaigrette or arian

1/2 pound traditional ground beef burger, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and chipotle aioli

Tuna Burger
Sear ahi tuna steak served on a toasted bun, topped with fresh mixed green slaw and chipotle aioli

Mushroom Burger
Portobello mushroom burger, pepper jack cheese, roared red pepper, pickled red and chip

BBQ Pork Sandwich
Smoked BBQ pork served on a toasted bun with spicy slaw and housemade pickles

Horseradish Cheddar Burger
1/2 pound traditional ground beef burger, horseradish cheddar, caramelized onions, and chipotle aioli

French Dip
Slow-roasted roast beef served on a toasted sourdough roll, pepper jack cheese, and a side of au jus for dipping
